BWF CONSTRUCTION

OVERVIEW

BWF Construction is a general contractor that prides themselves on their ability to complete projects big or small at the highest quality. When we first encountered BWF Construction, they went by the name Bill Welding and Fabrication and wanted to make the transition from a specialty contractor to general contractor. We suggested a rebrand and repositioning.

As part of the rebrand, we changed the name from Bill Welding and Fabrication to BWF Construction. Along with that new name came a new corporate identity including logo, business cards, website, stationary, brochures, etc. The rebrand also came with repositioning the business from being a specialty contractor to a hybrid contractor on their journey to becoming a prime contractor. This realignment also meant the creation of new services and systems as well as the development of the company’s tech stack and human resources strategy to attract new talent.

This engagement resulted in the company tripling in size and growing revenue by 40% during 2020’s COVID19 pandemic while introducing itself to the commercial construction market as a player for the future.
